Gordon Hall - Storyteller

Recently, Gordon Hall, a storyteller, visited our school. He told us three funny and interesting stories, filling our heads with dragon-killing girls in sack dresses, mountain-moving ants, and beautiful songbirds. He has a humorous and effective style which we all enjoyed. Gordon also held 3 workshops - Drama, Public Speaking and Oral Language. The first workshop, Drama, consisted of an eye contact game, 'Die', and two other games, 'Robots' and 'Statues'. In Public Speaking he gave us useful tips, and in Oral Language we practised and experimented with our skills. This is a photo of Gordon.
