Kotuku Team Vision

  • Support the school goals/policies and integrate the 4Cs into our classroom programmes, incorporating a thinking curriculum  kotoku-sky_.jpg
  • Provide a dynamic and varied programme based on the incremental learning needs of the children
  • Firmly establish behavioural and learning expectations
  • Set, model and share quality (behaviour, presentation and content) in each classroom
  • Develop a positive attitude within the team by promoting and stimulating classroom environments that recognise and celebrate individual achievements (also at team assemblies)
  • Plan co-operatively as a team ­ share ideas and resources
