Kotuku Team Vision - Support the school goals/policies and integrate the 4Cs into our classroom programmes, incorporating a thinking curriculum
 - Provide a dynamic and varied programme based on the incremental learning needs of the children
- Firmly establish behavioural and learning expectations
- Set, model and share quality (behaviour, presentation and content) in each classroom
- Develop a positive attitude within the team by promoting and stimulating classroom environments that recognise and celebrate individual achievements (also at team assemblies)
- Plan co-operatively as a team share ideas and resources
