New Learners Of English This School recognises the need to provide specific assistance to children from non-English speaking backgrounds, and for staff and children to be aware of sensitive to cultural differences Purposes To Provide as resourses allow, special learning programmes in oral and written english and reading. To support teachers and children involved in New Learners Of English (NLOE) programmes. To involve parents and use the interpreting and translating skills of liaison person where necessary.
