At Cockle Bay we have a robust “Behaviour and Bullying
Behaviour Policy” (see our website under Community – Policies – Nag 5 Health
and Safety) and take issues of bullying very seriously. All students are given
instruction in how to deal with bullying, including how to stand up for themselves
and others, at the start of every school year as part of the Ready,
Steady, Go topic. All our teachers are skilled at helping resolve
issues of bullying and are supported by experienced Team Leaders and Senior
Leaders.
If you have any concerns that your child is the
victim of bullying/cyber bullying at school or are worried that your child is
being a bully please don’t hesitate to speak to your child’s teacher.
