Weka Team Vision As a team, we will: - Support the school, its visions and goals
- Make learning the centre of all we do, with particular emphasis on learning being relevant and enjoyable
 - Make links between the 4Cs, The Habits of Mind, Virtues and ICT
- Set and maintain consistent high expectations of childrens' work quality, practice and behaviour within the Team
- Develop and foster a positive Team environment, enabling children to develop a high level of self esteem
- Promote open communication between staff, parents and children
